About

Hi, I'm Aleksandra, the head facilitator and psychologist guiding systemic change.

My journey with this amazing method started about 10 years ago when I was volunteering in the Netherlands. My mentor introduced me to the basics, explaining organizational systems in a way I'd never heard before. I felt a connection, like I'd known it deep down.

I was lucky to help create my first learning seminar with a top systemic coach in the Netherlands. Those days gave me words to express what I had always felt on a gut level. From there, I started diving into exploring, learning and understanding systemic thinking, applying it with clients worldwide.

For me, it's a powerful and visual way to deal with issues, even ones from the past that has profound affect on us today. It's like unlocking a deeper understanding of our experiences, while making peac within ourselves.

Connecting
Systemic Constellations Facilitation

At Connecting, we are dedicated to supporting your personal/professional development journey.

We understand that life can present challenges that may seem insurmountable at times. Our Systemic Constellations Facilitation method is here to offer you a fresh perspective, even when the issues are hard to articulate.

Our unique approach is designed to help you uncover patterns in your behavior and actions that may be holding you back from taking the next step.

We offer types of constellations tailored to your specific needs. You can explore personal or professional questions, and we provide both organizational and personal levels.

Getting started with us is easy. You have two options:

1. Join one of our group sessions, where you may have opportunity to explore what keeps you busy, also the opportunity to be chosen as a representative for a specific constellation (only with your consent).

2. Begin with one-on-one sessions, offering a more personalized and private experience.

We also provide counseling sessions that can be integrated into your personal growth journey, offering guidance and support before, after, or as an integral part of your transformative process. We have psychologists who do counceling combining best of the two worlds - classical therapy and alternative methods.

principles

Belonging

When we belong, we only have to be.

"Fitting in" is the oppsoite of belonging.

There is a place for everyone. If we feel like we do not belong, it creates discomfort.

Order

We all have a place in the order.

If the order is not in it´s place, internal or external conflict may arrise. It could be as much as feeling unexplainable guilt or playing a specific role in different settings that no longer make sense.

Giving & Taking / Exchange

Or guilt & innocance

There is always an imbalance between giving and taking. That exchange needs to remain dynamic.

When either giving or taking comes to a halt, the relationship freezes, and sooner or later, if the dynamic is not restored, the relationship will come to an end.

Place

We all have a place we belong to.

And there is a place of order that creates balance in the system. Sometimes we take another place to maintain the balance, in the system.

Faith

Something we can not affect but still we have to live with the consequences of it.

Faith ycould be life and death, things that happened to us and we have no choice over it. It can create variety of enotions, and yet, how do we aknowladge it so we can freeley make choices.

Life moves Forward

As we keep on breathing, as we keep on living, life goes forward.

So how can we live in the present moment with the strenght from past and availability for future?
